Staying healthy in wintertime

I love autumn and winter. The whole year I can't wait to wear jumpers and turtlenecks and mittens and boots and colorful hats and scarfs... But the part I don't like about these seasons is the flu. In the wintertime we all go through it... it's the flu season and sometimes no matter what you do and how much you wrap up , you still wind up getting it. I've had my share of flus and colds. Here is one thing that helped me to avoid it, Manuka Honey. It's like a little caramel colored miracle in a jar, plus it tastes so good. It helps with the immune system and is even good for skin and hair. Beauty starts on the inside and what you put in your body is the most important for your nourishment . Your skin and hair will thank you for it too.You can eat it plain, put it in drinks, milkshakes or hot porridge or like me even apply it as face mask. Add some omega 3s in your diet like salmon and avocados plus fruits
and veggies and you're set for the cold season.

Vsetci tym v chladnych obdobiach prechadzame... je to obdobie chripok a niekedy bez ohladu na to co robite a ako sa obliekate, stale skoncite v posteli. Ja som si chripok aj nadchy uzila dost. Tu je jedna vec ktora mi pomohla vyhnut sa im, Med Manuka. Je to ako maly karamelovy zazrak v kelimku, navyse chuti tak dobre. Posilnuje imunitu a je dobry aj na plet a na vlasy. Krasa zacina zovnutra a co davate dnu je najdolezitejsie pre vyzivu. Vasa plet a vlasy sa vam tiez podakuju. Mozete ho jest samotny, dat ho do caju, kavy, alebo miesanych napojov, ovsenej kase alebo ako ja aj rovno na tvar namiesto masky. Pridajte si do jedalnicka mastne kyseliny omega-3 ako lososa, avokada a viac ovocia a zeleniny a ste pripraveni na chladne obdobie.
