Recently I've been meditating more and thinking about the things to be grateul for. We sometimes forget to take time to reflect and realize that there are so many things to be thankful for around us.
The sickness of a child can put a lot of things into perspective as well. It is the biggest ordeal for a parent and it makes you see the whole world differently. I want to keep this post light and positive so I don't want to get too much into this but I just wanted to say how important it is to take the time in a day to be thankful for the things that we do have and not focus all the time only on the things that we don't have or want.
