Frozen

     Let it go..let it go....ok it has been freezing here since last night, but still no snow. I've been wishing for snow since I put up the Christmas decorations. Last night it was so icy though, we couldn't even go out for our evening walk with Micho. He was just sliding down the hill when he tried to run to me, poor thing. His paws were so cold he was ready to go home after five minutes. Is it freezing where you are?

Mrzne od minulej noci, ale snehu stale niet. Uz od kedy som vesala vianocne vyzdoby, snivam o snehu.  Minulu noc ale tak mrzlo, ze sme ani nemohli ist s Michom na nasu vecernu prechadzku. Ked sa ku mne rozbehol, smykal sa dole kopcom, chuda. Mrzli mu packy a po piatich minutach chcel ist domov. Mrzne aj u vas?

Winter blues

Do you also suffer from post Christmas blues? You know that feeling when you realize Christmas is over , the beautiful tree is slowly drying out (if you had a real one) and you have to go back to work sometime soon. The New Year's Eve is around the corner though so that's one more thing to be excited about and also to be thankful for everything we have and to plan for the new things we want to achieve in the next year. The new beginning is comming again and that's always something to look forward to.

Novy zaciatok znova prichadza a to je nieco na co sa vzdy mozeme tesit.

Sunny winter day

I love sunny winter weather. It reminds me of my childhood spent in the mountains and skiing with my dad. Crispy cold air and sunshine always make me want to go out and be active. Unfortunately this year there's not much snow in France lthough it might still change, fingers crossed. I am still hoping for the good skiing season to come. Today we tried to make the most of the sunny weather and play a little in the playground. Of course Micho came with us and waited quietly by the gate.

Milujem slnecne dni v zime. Pripomina mi to moje detstvo stravene na horach a lyzovanie s mojim ockom. Prenikavo studeny vzduch a slniecko vo mne vzdy vyvolaju chut ist von a byt aktivnou. Tento rok bohuzial vo Francuzsku nie je vela snehu aj ked sa to mozno este zmeni, dufajme. Stale dufam ze dobra lyziarska sezona este len pride. Dnes sme sa snazili vytazit co najviac zo slnecneho pocasia a hrat sa trochu na ihrisku. Samozrejme Micho bol s nami a cakal tisko pri brane.

Skin and hair in the winter

1. Milk Concentrate by L'Occitane, 2. Apricot kernel oil by Melvita, 3. Ultra Doux dry shampoo by Garnier.

In the winter my skin and my hair are extremely dry, that's why I try to use the most gentle products that don't have too many chemicals in them. I realy like using organic oils, or how they call them in France bio huile , they are gentle on my skin and hair, keep it hydrated and smell amazing (a little bit of aromatherapy in the winter is important too) . I personally love the smell of almonds in the winter. These products above satisfy my cravings for sweet almond scent. The Milk Concentrate by L'occitane is the best bodylotion and I even use it as a hand cream it smells amazing and makes my skin so soft even in the winter. The apricot oil is great for taking make up off and it helps prevent and minimize the appearance of wrinkles. I'm not a big fan of dry shampoos, at least I wasn't until I tried this one. Ultra Doux by Garnier works the best for me when I need that fresh feeling.

V zime su moja plet aj vlasy velmi suche, preto sa snazim pouzivat vyrobky s jemnejsim zlozenim, ktore nemaju prilis vela chemikalii. Rada pouzivam bio olejceky, alebo ako ich nazyvaju tu vo Francuzsku bio huile, su jemne na pokozku a vlasy hydratuju a uzastne vonaju ( trocha aromaterapie v zime tiez nezaskodi) . Ja osobne mam v zime rada vonu mandli. Tieto vyrobky moju tuzbu po mandlovej voni uspokojuju. Milk Concentrate od L'Occitane  je to najlepsie telove mlieko a ja ho pouzivam aj ako krem na ruky vonia uzastne a robi pokozku velmi hebkou aj v zime. Marhulovy olej je vyborny na odstranenie mejkapu a pomaha aj proti tvorbe vrasok. Nie som velkym fanusikom suchych samponov, aspon som nebola az pokial som neskusila tento. Ultra Doux od Garniera je pre mna top ked potrebujem osviezit vlasy.
